Tulum 232 B-203 M-12 SM-4 Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, Zip Code 77500, according to the provisions of the Federal Law about Personal Data Held by Private Parties, which has among its objectives the protection of personal information provided by each person (the "Information"). 7. Transfers Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations made 5 hours before the time established for the transportation service will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the service.
  • Cancellations made 6 or up to 23 hours before the established time of the transportation service will be penalized with 20% of the total amount of the service.
  • The non-presentation of the client at the established meeting point without prior notification will be penalized with 100% of the amount paid.
  • The full refund of the amount paid for the service will proceed in the following cases:

○ When the supplier cancels the service.

○ Due to illness of him or the client presenting an authorized medical report that supports it.

○ When the service is canceled more than 24 hours before the time established for the transportation service.

 

8. Excursions Cancellation Policies

  • A full refund will apply in the following cases:
  • When the supplier cancels the service.
  • Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
  • The Cancellation or date change is made before 6:00 pm the day before the service.
  • No refunds will apply if the client does not show up on the date and time of the meeting point

 

9. Multi-day Tours Policies

These types of hand-made tours take several mouth organizations, and service coordinators in our offices who supervise the services contracted, and contain all the inclusions and services offered to our clients. All these terms and conditions are subject to the following:

  • Once the final itinerary and contracted services have been agreed an initial deposit of 25% of the total amount will be required, the receipt of this deposit does not imply the confirmation of services as they are subject to availability at the time of this operation.
  • We will confirm all services within 5 labor days and the total balance of these services must be paid in full: A second deposit of 25% of the total amount 120 days before arrival A third deposit of 25% of the total amount 60 days before arrival Full balance 30 days before arrival.
  • Upon confirmation, the client will be asked to provide the full information on the time of all participants involved in the contracted tourist services (names, birth dates, passport numbers) to guarantee the necessary reservations. Please note that special conditions may apply when traveling in the high season (Christmas and New Year, Carnival, Easter, and summer) due to the high tourist occupation.
  • Cancellation and refunds before the Tour A full refund will apply when the supplier cancels the service. If the customer has to cancel the trip due to majeure, the amounts paid will be refunded depending on the time notice of the cancellation date, the following criteria will apply for refunds:
  • More than 120 days before arrival, the total amount paid will be refunded, and all bank charges, changes in exchange rates, and bank fees due to the payment transfers will be deducted from these payments at the time of the return.

○ From 119 to 90 days: 15% of the total amount of services will be retained

○ From 89 to 46 days: 30% of the total amount of services will be retained

○ From 45 to 31 days: 50% of the total amount of the services will be retained

○ From 30 days or less before the start date of services will be retained 100% of the total amount of services contracted.

○ In case of changes in the number of participants, the charges will be reviewed and adapted.

 

10. Cancellation charges during the Tour

  • Any trip interrupted, modified, or restricted by participants will not be subject to any refund. All changes, related to hotels and transportation must be paid in full.

 

11. Complaints

  • Any claim (disagreement, breach about the circuit, or any other tourist service contracted.) Must be made by the client to the agency. Any controversy or disagreement will be resolved and handled in a fair way for our clients. Otherwise, the intervention of the competent tourist authorities will be requested for the resolution in legal terms. Before making any reservation to start your trip, you must ensure that each participant has their passport updated, driver's license and/or any other document (s) national identity document, visas, valid departure permits and consistent with the requirements for transit to enter or leave the country of origin and the country to visit.
  • Each participant will be responsible for obtaining all documents (identity documents, permits, visas, and vaccines or medicines required for travel) requested by the authorities of the countries visited.
  • Each participant is aware that he/she can take some risks due to the distance from medical centers, and roads, due to the adventurous nature of certain circuits (such as hiking, water sports, ATV diving expeditions). Mexico has certain limitations in some areas to allow a rapid evacuation, in case of any contingency due to natural or meteorological phenomena, the client assumes these risks knowing that he undertakes not to blame for any of these accidents on our agency and our service providers, as such accidents may occur during your visit without prior notice.
  • Each participant must respect the safety rules maintain good behavior during their trip and follow the instructions given by the guide in charge, it is worth mentioning that we will not be responsible for accidents caused by the negligence or bad behavior of any of the participants.
  • We will not be responsible for the theft or loss of personal items that happened during your trip. Your luggage will be permanently under your responsibility. This responsibility is solely yours and not the guide assigned for the care and performance of services.

 

12. Climate and Meteorological flight events

  • If your trip is changed due to a cancellation due to weather or air traffic, we cannot be responsible since it is a decision made by the airlines, in this case, whenever possible an alternative will be offered for the benefit of our customers, in In the case of an additional cost, these costs will be under the responsibility of the client. Causes of force majeure. If external events come to disturb the country's normal and public order (for example, political and social instability, strikes, or natural disasters, ...) we reserve the right to cancel a trip or modify its content. If canceled, a portion of the services contracted an amount will be withheld and will be valued both by the client and our agency which possibly involves some change of route, and if so, a new estimate and balance of services will be established.
  • The fact of reserving and confirming any tourist circuit or touristic service implies the acceptance of the statutes and clauses mentioned above.
