• ✅ Visit the different types of cenotes that exist in the world.
• ✅ Decline with assisted rappelling in Lu'um, a cavern cenote.
• ✅ Zip lines and high jumps at K'áak', an open cenote, and at Lik, an ancient cenote.
• ✅ Kayak excursion and aquatic exploration swim at Ha', a semi-open cenote.
• ✅ Non-alcoholic drinks (water and soft drinks) and hot drinks (chocolate champurrado and coffee), in addition to fresh fruit at the exit of the first cenote.
• ✅ Picnic that includes: julienne style soup, a cold bar of premium meats and cheeses, variety of rustic breads and dressings, to prepare your own food accompanied by salads, water, wine, and beer.
• ✅ Equipment: life jacket, snorkel, rappelling equipment, kayak and tire.
• ✅ Use of toilets, changing rooms, and towels.

• For your visit, wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing.
• Bring an extra change of clothes and towel.
• Your sunscreens, repellents, and sun tan lotions must only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
• Minimum age 6 years old

• Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m (4'5 ft) must present identification.
• Certain activities are not recommended if you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, or you get dizzy easily.

• Reservations are non-refundable, only date change.
• Date changes are not allowed on the day of your visit.
• Pick up times depend on the location of the hotel or meeting point.
